We’ve tried, but we just can’t take it anymore!

One would hope that in today's society there would be no room for discrimination. Don't we have enough things to worry about? Stories like this make me sad. Even if it wasn't racially motivated the poor handling of the matter makes the situation look a lot worse than it probably was. I just feel bad for the parents and kids who will now be associated with a "racist" facility, even though they might not be racist.
