Breakdown of the Economic Stimulus Plan (where is your money going)

So there are a lot of people up in arms about the new economic stimulus bill.  After taking a real good look at where the money is going I can understand why.  I don't have a problem with a lot of this stuff, I am just wondering if the timing is right for some of these projects.  I mean do we really need to build new offices and headquarters when there are so many vacant office buildings everywhere.  Also why is there only $105 million allotted to the SBA?  Small businesses are the backbone of our country.  Hell, FEMA got more money than the SBA and they have proven to be an inept part of the government.  So for everyone out there who haven't seen the whole thing broken down here you go:
