We’ve tried, but we just can’t take it anymore!

50 Cent is suing Taco Bell for using his name without his permission.  Now I typically don’t have a problem with that because if something is copy written, trademarked whatever then ownership should be respected.  However, the Taco Bell Print ad asks 50 Cent to change his name to 79 Cent, 89 Cent or 99 Cent.  If he changed his name for one day and rapped his order Taco Bell was going to donate $10,000 to the charity of his choice.  So is 50 Cent so selfish that he can’t do one publicity stunt for charity and can’t even take a joke/ legitimate offer?  Do rappers not have PR reps that tell them when things are a good idea?  Because suing over something like this is just childish.
