We’ve tried, but we just can’t take it anymore!

I think that there are times when a movie franchise needs to just die a dignified quiet death.  I have now realized that I am quite possibly in the minority with this thought however.  With movies like "Final Destination4", and "Saw 6" it seems like movie execs just keep beating  a dead horse.  What I still can't figure out however is why we keep shelling out $11 dollars a pop to see these movies.  Now it seems like the next example of sequels that should have never been made will be the Indiana Jones series.  I saw the last movie and thought it was an absolute piece of shit!!!  Now imagine my surprise today when I saw that Harrison Ford is willing to don the Fedora for another installment of a series that should have ended with the third movie.  What is the hell is he thinking.  Did he not watch the last movie?  Now there is a condition to him doing another movie which gives me a lot of hope... If the script is good.  Well the last script was garbage so I might be panicking prematurely.  I will keep you posted.
