We’ve tried, but we just can’t take it anymore!

At what point does the government have to step in to tell people to stop pissing in the streets?  In India they are giving away almost a dollar a month to people who use public urinals (instead of pissing on the street).  Now last I checked people had to pee everyday anyway, so why are they getting paid for it (if you don’t have to use the restroom once a day I suggest you go see a doctor IMMEDIATELY).  Anyway, they say that the urine is being used for research (efficiency as a crop fertilizer).  Yes, human waste is being tested as a crop fertilizer.  What the hell?!?  I know what you are thinking (cow shit is fertilizer), but let me ask you this… when was the last time you saw a cow binge drinking and eating McDonalds.   Thanks but no thanks, I’ll take my chances with the cow.
